We require 48 hours advance notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide such notice may result in a charge for the full price of the scheduled service. We kindly request your adherence to this policy, as unfulfilled appointment times represent a loss of revenue and resources for our establishment.
Credit Card Policy
We securely process credit and debit cards, which may be utilized by clients as a convenient method of payment at their discretion. Should an appointment be cancelled or missed in nonobservance of our established policy, the credit or debit card on file may be charged up to the full price of the reserved service.
Pricing Policy
Our prices are based on a starting point and may be adjusted to account for variables such as hair length, thickness, and porosity. We strive to provide transparent and accurate pricing information to our clients, and welcome any inquiries regarding our pricing policies.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We value your satisfaction and encourage you to inform Jessica of any service-related concerns within 24 hours of the initial appointment. In such cases, we welcome the opportunity to address any issues and offer a complimentary visit to our salon for the purposes of resolving the matter. Please note that this guarantee is not extended to new clients, as we are unable to determine the pre-existing condition of their hair.
